Wednesday 16th July, Thursday 17th July and Friday 18th July 2008 (Public Holiday) Three days of fun-packed entertainment. It is the largest regional show in Australia and, although historically its themes were agricultural, pastoral and mining, it has now expanded to include a variety of entertainment, competitions and sideshows. The main arena plays host to extreme sports displays, fireworks and the Queensland pole climbing competition as well as the wood chopping championships.
